Life perceptions

Sometimes small things like this make me reflect. Often you make things without even knowing what you’re doing, then you think: what the hell is this? And why I did it?

If you stop at the surface of an artwork, you think about its technique (if it’s well done and if you’ve used the right materials to make such a thing). Instead, if you observe it from another point of view (what does it mean?) even the wrong technique is meaningful. In this case, the drop in the water is something concrete, not disappearing like real water and more concrete than a photo.

Of course, if you look at it without a touch of graphic design, maybe this is just badly colored air dry foam clay in the shape of a drop in the water, or maybe standing alone could have even more meanings? Imagine it at 300 inches diameter! Good for a museum!
